The direct contact, the short distances, the friendly attitude, the immediate response from the citizens on social issues!! Life in calm conditions, without stress!
Do you have recommendations for visitors to truly experience the authentic charm of our village?
Visitors could enjoy walks in the castle at all hours of the day...the breeze and the pictures are magical, also they could enjoy the sunset at the back of Methoni in conjunction with the view of the Castle. Another aspect of Methoni is its restaurants, where you can enjoy quality food!
Can you share a special memory or story that reflects the unique character of our community?
I think an event in Methoni is the Tsiknopeptes in the market of Methoni, the people embrace each other and really have fun from morning to night!
If you could turn back time, would you do anything differently in your life?
I would definitely leave to study abroad! Of course there is time, I hope I can make it!
