What aspects of village life do you find most enriching or meaningful?
Certainly its positives are the calmness, the slow pace. The short distances, the friends who are close to you every day!!
Do you have recommendations for visitors to truly experience the authentic charm of our village?
Methoni is located at a key point in the region, it is halfway between Pylos and Finikounda, close to Koroni, Gialova, and Voidokilia... so the visitor who chooses Methoni as their accommodation will be able to explore the surrounding villages without traveling long distances!! If you visit Methoni, it is worth a dip in its wonderful waters with a view of the Castle, you can also walk on the bridge next to the Kapodistrias school!! The choices are many and beautiful!
Can you share a special memory or story that reflects the unique character of our community?
What is something simple for me, may be an experience for someone else and vice versa...I believe that my most powerful experience is raising my child safely in this wonderful place!!
If you could turn back time, would you do anything differently in your life?
Maybe I would change, maybe not!! I definitely wouldn't change my place of residence!!
